Alignments were performed using the following CxFV isolates: SDDM06-11 (China), NIID-21-2 (Japan), Surabaya (Indonesia), TX 24518 (Texas), 380 (Iowa) belonging to Genotype 1 and CxFV-Mex07 (Mexico), Izabal (Guatemala), TR3116 (Trinidad) and Uganda08 (Uganda) belonging to Genotype 2.
