DNA was isolated from yeast culture from passage 5 to passage 10. Viral DNA copies were quantitated by quantative PCR. The standard curve was generated by serially diluted pEGFPN1-HPV58-Ura. There is 3-5 copies of viral DNA in per yeast cells. *Values are mean ± standard deviation. |
