Percentage of CD4, CD8 and CD19 positive cells in blood of infected as well as control mice at different hours post infection (HPI). Total 10000 cells were acquired and lymphocyte population was gated in FSC vs SSC dot plot. From the gated population the percentage of CD4, CD8 and CD19 positive cell were calculated by cell quest software. The values are Mean ± SE of three independent experiments.
